The Metabolic Recovery Framework — three stages
- Remove metabolic stress. Before adding anything, stop the bleeding — the load, the stimulants, the punishing protocols that keep the system in emergency mode.
- Stabilize. Steady meals, steady sleep anchors, steady rhythms. The body only releases what it no longer needs to defend.
- Expand flexibility. Only now: fasting windows, training progression, stretch goals. Capacity first — then challenge.
